Who we are
Precious Cargo is a long distance courier and pet transport service operated as a sole trader by Jonathan Williams, based in Shirenewton, Chepstow, South Wales. You can contact us at hello@preciouscargo.uk or 07518 869853.
What information we collect
When you submit a quote request through our website we collect your name, phone number, and details about your transport requirement including collection location, delivery location and preferred date. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to arrange and carry out your transport job. We do not use your details for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties except where necessary to carry out your job (for example, if a subcontractor is involved, which we would tell you about).
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry and job records for up to two years for accounting and insurance purposes, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of that data, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@preciouscargo.uk.
